Frequently asked questions

What do I need?A PLAUD Note Pro recorder and your own OpenAI and Claude keys, which you add in Settings.
Where is my data stored?In your online my-plaud account, on servers in the European Union. AI keys are stored encrypted.
How does the trial work?After signing up, you get the Pro plan free for 14 days. After that, your account moves to the Free plan unless you pay for Pro or Business. Your recordings stay.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
